Last June I made an amazing trip to Turkey, visiting Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya and so many other cities and towns. I thought of it as a "once in a lifetime" experience, but I am going back this June, and hopefully every June from now on.
Hieropolis, Necropolis, Pamukkale, Topkapi, Blue Mosque, and food food food.
I found the food to be plentiful and mouthwatering, the people friendly, intelligent, and very European. Everyone should visit at least once in their life, it would be one of the least expensive trips full of the most history. Thousands of years worth of travel throughout this region.....
I can't wait to go back!
